Adam Gibbons, PT, CFMT

Adam received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist through the Institute of Physical Art and is preparing for the manual therapy fellowship through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He completed the 6 month residency in Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) through Kaiser Foundation Rehab Center in Vallejo, Ca.

Adam’s experience is primarily in orthopedics with an emphasis on manual therapy but has also worked in inpatient rehab, industrial rehab, acute care, home health and has performed high school sports outreach. He is trained in performing Functional Capacity Evaluations through Ergoscience and Isernhagen/Workwell.

In his spare time Adam enjoys spending time with his wife, Susan, and son, Asher, reading, strength and conditioning, martial arts, music and movies. He is a Certified Kettlebell Trainer (CKT) through the Internation Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF).
