Susan Urben, MD
Dr. Urben, a native Oregonian, attended Dartmouth College before earning her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco in 1992. She completed her internship and residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan in 1998. Dr. Urben is board certified in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery. Her interests include medical and surgical treatment of disorders of the tonsils and adenoids, ear infections and hearing loss, sinusitis and septal deviation, throat and voice disorders, sleep disturbance and snoring, salivary gland disorders, neck and thyroid masses, and head and neck cancer. She performs surgeries in her office, McKenzie Surgery Center, and Riverbend Hospital. Dr. Urben's medical areas of interest include endoscopic sinus surgery, including balloon sinuplasty, and surgery for hearing loss including osseointegrated implants. In her personal time, Dr. Urben enjoys spending time with family, traveling, walking her dogs, and gardening/berry picking.
