Dr. Crooks earned a medical degree from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and completed residency training at East Tennessee State University. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.

When she’s not caring for patients at West Eugene Medical Clinic Dr. Crooks enjoys hiking, reading, crocheting, and traveling.
