Joe earned a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and provides care at our NOW Immediate Care Clinics at Crescent.

In his personal time, he enjoys hiking, camping and archery.
