Oregon Medical Group accepts only established patients with Original Medicare. No new Original Medicare patients will be accepted.
A “new patient” is defined as someone who has not been seen by an Oregon Medical Group provider within the past three years.
Pacific Source Medicare Advantage (Exclusions Apply)
Effective January 1, 2026, Oregon Medical Group will no longer accept new patients with PacificSource Medicare Advantage plans, nor established patients who have newly enrolled in Pacific Source Medicare Advantage.
