Services Offered
Walk-in urgent care services for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, including treatment for common conditions such as colds and flu, minor injuries, infections, and minor orthopedic concerns. Services also include minor procedures and supportive treatments as appropriate.
Diagnostic Capabilities
Imaging (X-ray, ultrasound, CT), laboratory testing, and electrocardiogram (EKG) services are available on-site.
Licensed Health Care Providers Available
Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Physician Associates (PA).
Care Access
Patients may be seen on a walk-in basis or by scheduled appointment via MyChart.
Accepted Payment Types
Card and check (cashless facility). Payment is due at the time of service for applicable patient responsibility amounts, including co-pays, deductibles, or self-pay services.
Accepted Payers
The clinic accepts insurance plans with which it maintains active contractual agreements, including select Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans. Acceptance may be limited based on plan type or service line. Not all plans within these categories are accepted. Patients should verify participation of their specific plan prior to receiving services.
Limitations on Services
We do not provide emergency department or specialty services. Availability of services may vary based on patient volume and provider availability. For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
