Oregon Medical Group is a primary care based, multispecialty physician group with offices throughout the Eugene/Springfield area. Our group consists of internists, family practitioners, pediatricians, obstetricians / gynecologists and several specialists including orthopedics, otolaryngology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, pain management, podiatry, rheumatology, dermatology, sports medicine and neurology. We have a wide variety of ancillary services to support efficient patient care and access, including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, a women's breast health center (Cedar Clinic), infusion services, anticoagulation, audiology, physical therapy and travel medicine.
Our group was formed in 1988 with the principle that physician control and direction is essential for the provision of high quality medical care. In addition, we believe that being in a group practice allows for greater continuity of patient care than in other types of practices. We strive to attract the brightest and best-trained physicians within each specialty of the practice. We encourage their pursuit of continuing education to provide patient care based on the most current and innovative accepted practice standards. Our physicians maintain a positive working relationship with both of the area's hospitals, Sacred Heart Medical Center and McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center. Collectively, these organizations provide the full spectrum of health-related hospital services throughout the Lane County area.
Our medical practice is governed by Clinic Directors, comprised of physicians.

Dr. Knapp: "Last week, you excised the eight-layer basal cell carcinoma from near the bottom of my left nostril. To me, closing the resulting dime-sized wound presented you with an obvious challenge. An hour of cutting and stitching told me I wasn’t wrong. Now, ten days later, with the bandages off and the stitches out, it is equally obvious that your surgical skills go beyond expertise to artistry. (Fortunately, for me, more akin to Michelangelo’s David than to Picasso’s cubism.) I thank you for your accomplished staff for ridding me of this cancer with barely a trace of your efforts left in their place."
“Thank you Dr. Ryan De Lee and his staff at Gateway Medical Center - GI for the absolutely wonderful care you provided to me! Your professionalism, quick wit and skill are greatly appreciated. “You can be assured I will be recommending you in the future!”
“Thank you to Dr. Susan Urben and the Front and Back Office Staff at ENT. You are all so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable! I feel like I am in great hands when I come to your office!”
“Dr. Katria Mertz is the best doctor I have gone to in all my 80 years of life!”
“I always come away from my visits with Dr. Galen Griffin with a feeling of hope, satisfaction and confidence. Dr. Griffin should take pride in the way he practices medicine, he is truly someone I trust and treasure.”
“I would like to give a huge thank you to Dr. Todd Knapp and his amazing team. I had to have a recent surgery with them. I was very anxious and nervous, however they reassured me I would be ok. I was treated with the best of care. What was a scary situation to me turned into a pain free experience. I feel amazing after just a couple of weeks. Dr. Knapp is a genius and his work speaks for itself. Again, I thank the entire team for the wonderful way they treated me.”
“Thank you to all the doctors at Oregon Medical Group for the wonderful care I have received!”
"I've been a patient at OMG for 20+ years of my life and have seen Dr. Bonnie Pollack at Southtowne for the past 4+ years. The staff has been nothing short of helpful, kind, and accommodating. I recommend them to anyone.
